From September 30 (Tuesday) to October 2 (Thursday), the modern international congress and event complex Hub 27(Jaffestraße 2, 14055 Berlin), located on the grounds of the largest exhibition site Messegelände Berlin (Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin), will host the next forum – the Smart Country Convention (SCCON).
SCCON is a comprehensive platform for discussing and promoting digital transformation in public administration. Traditionally, it covers issues of modern governance, smart city and regional concepts, as well as digital solutions for optimizing government and public services.
The event format includes a representative conference, numerous exhibition areas, as well as thematic seminars and workshops aimed at exchanging experience and showcasing the most successful practices. An integral part of SCCON is creating favorable conditions for professional networking.

Smart cities and regions: demonstrating innovative approaches to developing “smart” cities and rural areas, analyzing network infrastructure, digital services, and new forms of citizen participation.
Cybersecurity and state sovereignty: developing strategies to protect critical infrastructure, reviewing measures to ensure IT system resilience in administration and public utilities.
Artificial intelligence and cloud technologies: analyzing current and future digital technologies in the public sector, exploring examples of cloud and AI solutions to increase efficiency in governance and service delivery.
Mobility: studying the role of intelligent transport systems in sustainable urban development, as well as analyzing prospects for transport electrification and data use to optimize traffic flows.
