🏗 CONSTRUCTION WORK IN BERLIN — SKILLED WORKERS, FACADE WORKERS AND SITE FOREMAN

A construction company in Berlin is expanding its team and inviting skilled workers to join on a permanent basis.

Our projects are located in Berlin. There is plenty of work, so we are specifically interested in long-term cooperation.

🔥 FACADE WORKERS ESPECIALLY NEEDED

We are looking for experienced facade installers and assistants.

Main duties:

🔸 installation of substructures;
🔸 installation of insulation;
🔸 installation of aluminum facade elements;
🔸 cutting, fitting and fastening elements;
🔸 working with ventilated facade systems (VHF).

We are considering both experienced professionals who can work independently and assistants who have already worked on facades and understand the installation process.

💶 Pay: €13–17 / hour
The rate depends on experience, speed and quality of work.

🔩 METALWORKING SPECIALIST

Working with metal profiles and structures: cutting, processing, assembly, fitting, installation and fastening.

We need someone who is confident working with tools and has practical experience.

💶 Pay: €13–15 / hour

🛠 INTERIOR FINISHING SPECIALIST

We are looking for versatile specialists in interior finishing:

🔸 drywall installation;
🔸 plastering;
🔸 painting;
🔸 various installation and finishing works.

Experience in plumbing or electrical work will be a major advantage.

💶 Pay: €13–15 / hour

👷 FOREMAN / SITE SUPERVISOR / BAULEITER / PROJEKTLEITER

We are also looking for someone who can organize and supervise the work of construction crews, primarily on projects involving ventilated facade systems.

Requirements:

🔸 experience as a foreman, site supervisor, Bauleiter or Projektleiter;
🔸 experience working with VHF facades;
🔸 ability to read drawings and installation plans;
🔸 organizing workers and assigning tasks;
🔸 quality and schedule control;
🔸 understanding of facade installation technology;
🔸 good command of German;
🔸 Russian language skills for communicating with the crews.

💶 Pay: €17–20 / hour, depending on experience, qualifications and level of responsibility.
